CappuccionoPC.com gained 60% of revenue by using AsiaPac's SEM solution

CappuccinoPC.com is an online retailer of mini-PC and related products. With offices in Hong Kong and the U.S., the company's client base includes government, educational institutions, corporations and other commercial and personal entities. It has been in operation for more than 10 years, and delivers approximately USD 5 million in annual revenues. CappuccinoPC.com's largest market is the U.S., and a good amount of business also comes from Canada, the UK and Europe. Campaigns have also targeted PRC, HK, JP, SG, Korea and Japan, in English only.

Challenge

Since the website is the main channel for selling, the company's primary marketing focus has been to increase traffic to the site, and to generate relevant leads for acquisition. A secondary goal is to expand into new markets. The challenge for this relatively small operation (there are 14 employees), says Director Paul Tsang, has always been the struggle to find the time to market his business effectively. This is one reason CappuccinoPC uses online marketing exclusively for its marketing efforts. Results

Tsang believes that "even without a detailed ROI calculation, I have recently estimated that we are getting approximately 40 times return on our marketing spent with Google AdWords managed by AsiaPac." All of this leads Tsang to conclude that AdWords "is worth the investment. The more I invest, the more I gain. The ROI is really high."
